Supporting Ukraine through 3d Printing
Who are we?
What began in 2022 as a grassroots effort has grown into a global alliance spanning Poland, Sweden, the U.S., Canada, Germany, Portugal, Latvia, Ireland, and of course, Ukraine. We stand with those who refuse to surrender. No governments. No red tape. Just people who act.
What do we supply Ukraine with?
Bees print what’s needed. Periscopes for trench defense. Eye shields for field care. Structural parts, protective gear, and tools that keep people alive. Every print saves life and limb, supports a mission, or simply keeps someone going.
When heroes hold the line with bare hands, the least we can do is make sure they’re not empty.
The New, Unique Role for Wild Bees US/Canada
The WB-US/CA chapter has printed and shipped literally tons of 3D-printed items to Ukraine over the past 3+ years, providing a high-volume source for fighters and first responders. However, shipping costs have risen dramatically, innovation on the ground has accelerated, and Ukraine’s local printing ability has mushroomed.
So we’ve re-focused our printing efforts on one critical, high-volume item (eye shields) and intensified our funding efforts to build up Ukrainian print farms. We’ve already helped create a 16-printer farm, and we plan to fund more print farms and provide reliable funding for filament, spare parts, and more printers.
We’re still printing the eye shields because they’re an essential first aid item, the number needed is very large, the design is stable, and we can ship these cost-effectively. Ukrainians can take as many as we can print, so if you’re up for it, we can use your help by printing these shields or by donating to our shipping fund.
How can we help?

Building & Supplying Ukrainian Print Farms
Your dollars go right where they’re needed, the printers, not some office bound up by red tape.
How do we know you support Ukraine?
Many of our volunteers are Ukrainian or of Ukrainian descent.
Others simply refuse to stand by while a free people are invaded.
Our work is visible and documented by the recipients themselves. You’ll find proof on our main subreddit, r/Fins4UA, where Ukrainians share photos of the gear we print in use at the front.
In addition, every image on this page shows real defenders holding parts made by this community.
